Just got back from a teaching engagement with Brother International, in Memphis, Tennessee. For me the convention consisted of two intensive days of instruction in embroidery and quilting techniques drawn from and inspired by my latest book, Touch of Nature.
My thanks to Barb Jones for her invaluable assistance in the class room. As a Brother Educator, Barb made the classes run far smoother than I could have done solo. Thanks also to Patty Luckacs for ensuring my things got where they were suppose to, when they were suppose to. While not her only priority, I felt well served. Of course, my thanks to June Mellinger for inviting me to teach. I always find it a pleasure working with June and I look forward to doing so again in the future.
